We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- The contiguous United States
- Alaska and Hawaii
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses (subject to carrier capability)
Note: We currently do not ship internationally.

- Handling & Transit Time

- Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Tracking link
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
- Address Accuracy & Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- Address Errors: Please contact us at support@ioneinwi.com immediately if you notice an error. We can only update addresses before the order enters the fulfillment stage.
- Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms a package is lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support.
- Holiday Season & External Delays
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or extreme weather events, transit times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
