  2. Get Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the Package: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
  • Approval: After inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
  • Refund Credit: Approved refunds are processed immediately. It typically takes 5 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal), depending on your financial institution.
  1. EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer Free Exchanges. Email us to verify stock availability. We will provide a free return label for your original item and ship the replacement at no extra cost to you.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@ioneinwi.com within 7 days. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

  1. CANCELLATIONS
  • Before Processing: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement.
  • After Shipping: If the 12-hour window has passed or the order has shipped, please follow the standard return process after the package arrives.
