1. Overview of Our Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your sofa must be in the same condition that you received it, free from stains, pet hair, or any signs of use, and it must be in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team via email at support@ioneinwi.com.
  • In your email, include your Order Number, photos of the item (to verify condition), and the specific reason for your return.
  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

3. Specific Return Scenarios

A. Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)

We want you to love your new sofa. If you decide the style, color, or size isn't right for your space, you may return it within the 30-day window. The item must be unassembled and in original packaging. We will provide the return shipping label at no cost to you.

B. Damaged or Defective Goods

Quality is our priority. If your sofa arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken frame, torn upholstery, or faulty stitching), please document the damage with clear photos and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full replacement or a 100% refund, including all shipping costs.

C. Items Damaged During Transit

If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please take photos before opening. If the sofa inside is damaged due to shipping, Ioneinwi will take full responsibility. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue while we send you a replacement.

D. Wrong Item Received

In the rare event that you receive a different model, color, or configuration than what was ordered, please notify us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item and collect the incorrect one at our expense.

E. Orders Never Arrived

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your sofa, or if the shipment is significantly delayed past the estimated window, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or a reshipment immediately.

4. Fees and Charges

We believe in transparent pricing, especially when things don't go as planned:

  • Return Shipping: Ioneinwi covers 100% of return shipping costs for all eligible returns within the US.
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees. You will receive the full amount paid for the returned item.
  • Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are also fully refundable if the return is due to damage or error on our part.

5. Refund Timeline and Method

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team (usually within 2-3 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company up to 5 business days to post the refund to your account.

6. Cancellation Policy

8. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
