  1. ORDERING

1.1 How do I place an order? Simply browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number from support@ioneinwi.com.

1.2 Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters the fulfillment stage or has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. If you miss the 12-hour window, you may return the item for a full refund after it arrives, following our Return Policy.

1.3 Do I need an account to shop? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and view your purchase history easily.

2.1 What are your shipping costs and times?

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.

2.2 Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to the 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2.3 How do I track my package? Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to update the tracking status.

3.1 What is your return window? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

3.2 Are there any return fees? No. We offer 100% FREE returns. We provide a prepaid shipping label, and there are no restocking fees.

3.3 How long does the refund process take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item (1–2 business days), we will process your refund. The funds will typically appear in your original payment method within 5 business days.
