Cancel & Change Order Policy

At ioneinwi.com, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that plans can change, so we have established clear guidelines for order modifications and cancellations to ensure a transparent shopping experience.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE
To ensure fast delivery to our U.S. customers, we adhere to the following schedule:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
- Processing: Orders placed before the cut-off time typically begin processing the same business day.
- ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Cancellation Window You may request a full cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
2.2 Cancellation Eligibility by Status
- Payment Completed: Cancellation is possible. Please contact our support team immediately.
- Processing Started: Cancellation is not guaranteed. We will attempt to stop the shipment if the request is within the 12-hour window.
- Shipped: Cancellation is not possible. Please follow our Return & Refund Policy once the package arrives.
2.3 How to Request a Cancellation Please email us at support@ioneinwi.com with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”. Include your full name and the specific reason for the request.
- MODIFYING AN ORDER
We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage (within the 12-hour window).
- Shipping Address: Address corrections must be submitted immediately. We cannot redirect a package once it has been handed over to the carrier.
- Product Changes: You may request a change in size, color, or item (subject to stock availability).
- Price Differences: If a change results in a higher price, we will send a secure payment link for the balance. If the price is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
- ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED
Once an order has been handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx):
- The order cannot be canceled or modified.
- You must wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return under our 30-Day Free Return Policy.
- FEES AND REFUNDS
- No Fees: There are no penalties or restocking fees for canceling an order within the allowed timeframe.
- Refund Timeline: For successful cancellations, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal) within 5 business days.
- SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
- Out of Stock: If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately to offer a full refund or a suitable replacement.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us within 12 hours so we can cancel the extra transaction before it is processed.
