Cancel/ Change Order

At Ioneinwi, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you need to update your shipping address or decide on a different sofa model, we strive to accommodate your requests as efficiently as possible.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

Because we aim to process and ship our sofas quickly, our warehouse begins preparation shortly after an order is confirmed. Requests made within this 12-hour timeframe are guaranteed to be processed without any issues.

2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To ensure your request is handled before the order is processed, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to support@ioneinwi.com immediately.
• Use the subject line: "URGENT: Cancel/Change Order [Your Order Number]".
• Clearly state what you would like to change (e.g., Change of address, swap item color, or full cancellation).

Our team will confirm your request via email once the adjustment has been made.

3. Cancellation Fees

We believe in a fair shopping experience. There are NO cancellation fees or hidden charges for orders cancelled within the 12-hour window. You will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.

4. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If the 12-hour window has passed and your sofa has already been handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), we can no longer stop the shipment or modify the details.

In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and then refer to our Return & Refund Policy. You may return the item according to our 30-day return guidelines once it is delivered to your address.

5. Address Errors

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and do not notify us within the 12-hour period, Ioneinwi cannot be held responsible for lost packages. If the package is returned to us by the carrier due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur a shipping fee.
