1. Shipping Costs
We offer transparent shipping rates based on your location. Because sofas are large items, we ensure they are handled with the utmost care during transit.

2. Processing and Shipping Time
To ensure Google Merchant Center standards and customer satisfaction, we adhere to the following schedule:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location and carrier efficiency.

The choice of carrier is automatically determined based on the delivery address, the dimensions of the sofa, and the selected shipping speed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (AWB). You can use this code to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's official website or through our Order Tracking page.
5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting
Missing Items
If you receive your delivery and find an item is missing from your order, please contact us at support@ioneinwi.com within 48 hours. we will investigate immediately and send the missing part or item at no additional cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to correct it before the order enters the processing phase. If the order has already been shipped, Ioneinwi is not responsible for misdelivery, and the customer may be liable for additional reshipping costs.
