1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my sofa?

At Ioneinwi, our total delivery time is split into two phases: Handling and Transit. Our handling time is typically 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once dispatched, transit time takes approximately 3-7 business days. In total, you can expect your sofa within 4-9 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your sofa has been shipped, we will automatically send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order ID to see real-time updates.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! While we offer a flat rate of $6.99 for domestic shipping within the USA, we do ship internationally. International costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the sofa.

2. Payments & Security

Q: Is it safe to shop on Ioneinwi.com?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information. You will notice the "https" and the padlock icon in your browser's address bar during checkout, which signifies a secure connection.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What should I do if my sofa arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your sofa arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ioneinwi.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Q: How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the transaction.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request changes or a cancellation. After this period, the order may have already entered the shipping process. Please refer to our Cancel/Change Order Policy for more information.

Our sofas are sourced from high-quality manufacturers that meet strict durability and comfort standards. We use premium fabrics, sturdy frames, and high-density foam to ensure that every Ioneinwi piece stands the test of time in your home.

Q: Do the sofas require assembly?

Most of our sofas require minimal assembly (such as attaching the legs). We include easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary tools in the box. If you have any trouble, our support team is happy to guide you through the process via email.
